Err Msg Following 9.1 4691 HotFix 52 Install

I recently installed 9.1 4691 HotFix 52 Install on several of my servers. Following the install I received the following msg when trying to launch BU Exec.

The application or DLL C:\WINNT\System32\msxml3.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette.

Hello,

Please go through the following link to check out the files modified by this hotfix, msxml3.dll is not one of those files.

This being a Windows system files can be replaced from the Windows install CD after renaming the file in question.

You may put the backup exec services in manual startup and stop them to check if the error still persists
