Error Descriptions

Does anyone know where the Error descriptions for 9.x are?
I have snmp set up. In the trap, a varbind is "messagetext" and "additional text". I'm looking for what the info in there will be.
i found this one

Thanks, but I had already found those. Those are the generic messages that something failed. What I'm looking for are the specific reasons why it failed. Kinda like the error codes in NBU 4.5. Along wiht the generic msg, the specific reason is sent. I need to program them into my Netcool rules file so that my NOC can only see the ones they need to see. Is a technote/ doc being worked on to explain the error messages?
