Hi
i am trying to restore am e-mail message from a tape. After it download all information store to the disk i am getting an error:
Error category : Security Errors
Error : e0008488 - Access is denied.
i am using 11d and exchange 2003.
when i restore it from a disk job everything is okay, but when i am trying to restore from a tape, it fails.
i am using administrator account for the backup/ restore, and this administrator is a "Full Exchange Administrator".
i red on the documentation, nothing was fit for me and my issue
please advice,
