Error Ready no idle device

A user at one of our sites turned a server off whilst the backup was still running. Since the Server has restarted Backup exec 11 says that the device is in use and when I try to run a job it reports "Ready; no idle devices available" I have restarted all services but to no avail, does any one know how to rectify this problem. Server is Win2k3, Backup Exec is 11d and has been running for about 3 days now and this is the first error. Thanks

Found some information on how to fix. It appears that the Database was corrupted when the server was shut down during the backup. To fix the services needed to be stopped and the beutility then needs to be started. This utility then repairs the database. When completed restart services and everything is now OK.
