Error code 1603 while attempting to load Service Pack 3

I am tryign to load Service Pack 3 on 9.1, and it will not load. The process will go to "configuring Backup Exec" and then will begin to rollback. I am trying to load be4691RSP3. I still have 3 GB of hard disk space to work with. Is there something I need to do before loading the service pack?

Please check th bkupinst.log and check for last entry of "start time"in this please check for return value: 3 or error please paste that part of bkupinst
