Error using Desktop agent

Hi
I have several problems using desktop agent using windows 2000. worst one is when I setup a user whose config. works fine for a few days and then when user rebooted his PC he get an error message when the agent is run before getting a logon screen. error comes from the desktop agent and says failed to authenticate to the
extended error 0x000004B8

I have set up a share on a PC within the domain of backup exec as the location for the backup of remote PC.
any ideas?

- Which desktop agent are you using?
- Which desktop (version) are you backing up?
- Please copy the exact error message.
