Error when Verify with event id: 33152

Hi All,

I'm having serious problem with backup system with BE 11d and HP Ultrium LTO 3.

I have update all patch from Veritas and also from microsoft.

Please help what should I do now.

I'm having the same problem and am using new hardware consisting of two (Q1538A) HP Ultrium 960, two U320 SCSI cables with terminators and two (412911-B21) HP SC11Xe HBA U320.

I've interchanged, swapped and reconfigured with the same result. Using new drivers and firmware. I'm getting a little frustrated and leaning towards the following KB article regarding Microsoft's Storport storage driver:
