Hello,
İ'm using backupexec 2010 r2 on windows 2008 r2 x64.
Already i was using deduplication folder and my backup was working..
BUT, i removed deduplication folder on backupexec and removed all backup files and dedup folder on c:\ partition throught low disk space.
after removing i create new folder on c:\ partition and i wanted to create deduplication folder on backupexec but i got an error like this ;
"An error occurred while creating the dedupilcation storage folder"
i looked the log files on C:\DeduplicationFolder\log\pdde-config.log ;

i looked on etc file but i could not find pdregistry.cfg and contentrouter.cfg. what is this ? how to recreate again deduplication folder.
i read all symantec article about this issue but i could not solve...
