Just thought I would share this. After our trial of BackUp Exec 2012 expired, we could no longer backup (big suprise!)
After contacting the support team, they supplied me with EVExend. At first this would load saying that my license was extended for 30 days, but it didn't register as such in the program. After right clicking and selecting "Run As Administrator" did it actually take (I am a Domain Admin on this machine).
Just thought I would share the common sense.
