Exchange 2003 Recovery Storage - 0xa000848c

Hi Forum,

again a problem - strange.

I want to restore a copy of my Exchange 2000 storagegroup into the Exchange 2003 recovery storage.

I followed DocID 264815 step by step but if i perform a restore i get the error: 0xa000848c - Unable to attach to one of the drives.

The account which performs the backup has all needed rights.

Help, please.

"Unable to attach to one of the drives" (a000848c HEX or e000848c HEX) is reported when a job fails

Got it.

My mistake was, that the name of the RSG was not the same as the restored storage.

Now everything is fine. Thanks
