Exchange Mailboxes show 0kb when backing up, show data when restoring.

When backing up an Exch 5.5 server mailboxes all mailboxes show 0kB, and do not list anything if a mailbox is expanded. However when the back is complete I show X messages backed up in X mailboxes. Also, when attempting to restore all the mailbox contents show up.

What would make the mailboxes appear empty?

Exch 5.5 sp4 running on W2K sp4

BE 10d running on W2K3 sp1

Using an account w/ service account privs on the exchange server. When testing credintials everything passes.

IIRC, that's just the way that Exv5.5/BE v8 mailboxes appeared, but since I no longer do BackupExec brick level backups anymore, I didn 't realize that 10 was still like that
