* User cannot change Junk E-mail processing options in Outlook Web Access, displays as 'On' (even if the option is changed and saves successfully, refreshing the screen shows the option is still set to On.)
* Junk E-mail is not processed to Junk E-mail folder
* Create Test user account on a Test Exchange 2007 server
* Verify all Junk E-mail processing is correctly processing and that the option can be set to On or Off
* Restore the Inbox from an Exchange 2003 user into the Test Exchange 2007 server
* Everything works fine....
* Except the above problem occurs
