Exchange brick level errors

Here's a weird one...

We have a brick level job that goes off every week. It always fails. the error messages I get in the job log are:

Hello,
PLease stop any antivirus scans and third party softwares accessing the mailboxes during the backup.

Rather than disable antivirus scans, I have moved the backup to earlier in the day. ?The backup runs on a saturday and there is no one on the network then (state gov't).

I will let you know what happens monday.
