Exchange restore (migration)

I was wondering if I could use backup exec 12.5 to migrate/move exchange accounts from a 2003 exchange on one domain to a 2007 exchange on a different domain? We have recently merged with another company and are integrating all accounts into one exchange, but it's taking a long time.

Am I be able to re-direct the older 2003 mail accounts to our exchange server so long as the users have an account in the AD?

Any advise would be appreciated.

You can redirect mailboxes - however I think you can only redirect to the same version of Exchange which probably won't help you too much.
