Fail to backup System State

I have 6 different server and when i try to back up data over these server it backs up only the data bbut not the system state on other server. the backup fails with the following error.

UNABLE TO ATTACH TO \Servername\System?State
Access is denied
TO BACK UP OR RESTORE YOU NEED ADMINISTRATOR PRIVILEGES.

i have attached each server on backup job as administrator but it keep failing with same error.

please help me find the solution.

Has this ever worked for you on these servers?

I seem to have read that you cannot backup system state on remote computers...

Let me know.

Yes it use to work before but since last month when i changed the password this thing has started happening. i have also checked the software is attached to the remote servers with new password.


please help me.

Changed what password?

If you mean the admin password on the remote machine, browse to that machine in the BackupSelections Pane, then right Click\Connect As and give it the new password

Yes i have connected remote server with the new password. i have done that but still it fails with an error
"Access denied"

any suggestion..
