Failure to communicate with BE 2012 server

Hi,

Suddenly, below server can't connect with BE server.

Just tried to remove it from BE then try to add it back, but failure to add.

Please advice.

Hi,

Have you removed the RAWS agent and then push-installed it again? If there is a firewall installed, make sure Port 10000 is open to allow comms between the remote and media servers.

agent already installed before, just shuddenly failure to connect BE server.

i removed it then want to add it back but failure

Is there an AV installed? If so, make sure it isn't preventing beremote.exe from accessing the media server correctly.
