Some user were disabled in active directory. Backup exec report the following error code :- 0xe000fe09 - The directory is invalid. I know this error relates to disabled user's mailboxes but the issue there is that still want to backup those disabled users mailbox. How can I do this?
I afraid you wont be able to backup mailboxes that are disabled.
