For those of you how upgraded to v.12 from 11d

Are you happy that you upgraded or do you wish you stayed on 11d? I am doing some testing on v.12 now and don't seem to have any issues but of course the test environment isn't close to my production environment. In the past I have been weary of upgrading BE right away and rather wait for the first SP to come out. I am just curious to find out what those of you who have upgraded think of the product. Thanks all.

I wish I waited.  Everything is working fine except for the Domino agents, which are crashing as soon as the backup hits the remote servers.  I recall that they had similar issues with Domino when 11d was first released, so I should have known better than to jump on 12 the week it was released.

Just trying 12 now. I am having troubles getting the upgrade process to go cleanly.
It fails to import my database from 11 to 12. A clean install works fine but I don't want to have to recreate my jobs and lose all my history.
