GRT Backup job does not see the MOUNTED exhange storage group

Can someone please help?

I can selected the storage groups that I want to back up, I have verified connection but when I run the backup job I get an error saying the DB isn't mounted which is impossible.

I am not sure which version of Exchange you're running, but can you specify the exact error you're getting?
