GRT restore of Exchange 2003 individual mails restore 0 bytes

Hi,

when I try to do a GRT Exchange restore (from tape) of an individual mail on Exchange 2003 SP2 the restore completes successfully but restores 0 bytes. It does however drop a mail to the user stating that the items have been restored.

I've tried to restore mails on different user mailboxes and from different backupsets none restores any mails.

Our Backup Exec Server is version 12 SP1 with all patches applied up to hotfix 306240.

I can see other users experience the same problem - does anyone have a solution?
