Getting error when i try to update server in Backup Exec 2012

Im trying to update a server when I get this error.

Error connecting to the remote computer.  Ensure that the computer is available, has WMI enabled, and is not blocked by a firewall.24

I tryed to reinstall the agent on the server. Firewall is OK, WMI is enabled and running with no errors.

Try a local install of the remote agent.

You tried the local install using which installation files ? And which account was used ? ( Backup Exec logon account or the remote server's local admin account ?

If UAC is enabled on the remote server, did you try launching the installer using "Run as admin" ?

Lastly, would you pls post the install log from both media & remote server.
