Hi rudiger,

This isn't a Symantec issue. Please read up on the forum post from the website below...

http://www.winserverkb.com/Uwe/Forum.aspx/ad-integration/444/what-is-dredger-exe

Thanks!

EDIT: Please check the link below to apply the hotfix from Microsoft.

Hi Rudiger,

As per craig in his above post the issue is with your SBS for which you can use Microsoft kb or open a support case that should fix the issue . Issue is not with backupexec in that case

As your attached event log aslo show source is not backupexec

So I would recommend please check from Microsoft side

Please mark this solved if this clear your douts

Thank You

Hi Rudiger,

Not sure...but from the MS technote, they mention the versions below:

APPLIES TO

  • Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0
  • Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1
  • Microsoft .NET Framework 1.0

Try repairing what you have and see if the error disappears.

it is better to uninstall the .net version and after this to take a new install ?

Well, that depends on what it could break...what uses .Net Framework on that server?

If nothing, then uninstall/reinstall .Net Framework, but if something is dependent on it, then maybe start with the repair first.
