Hello,

Please try the following steps and verify the results.

1. Stop ALL Backup Exec services
2. Rename the Catalogs folder to Catalogs1
3. Create a new Catalogs folder with the original name (Catalogs)
4. Start ALL Backup Exec services
5. Launch Backup Exec and check Alerts and the Windows Event Viewer Application log for the error.
If the error does not appear, do the following:
1. Stop ALL Backup Exec services
2. Copy ONLY the files ending with .U01 from the original Catalogs folder to the new Catalogs folder
3. Start ALL Backup Exec services

Hi

I fixed the error:

the problem file was one of the .U01 files that is corrupted. I removed all the .U01 files again, and then bring them back in one at the time, starting the services each time, to find the problem file.

Thank you.
