How to Backup/Restore SUID and SGID flags with Unix Agent?

SUID and SGID flags are not restored via the Unix Agent. That means on the original server we see "-rwsr-xr-x /bin/ping" were the restored system via Backup Exec and Unix Agent (both 10.0) shows only
"-rwxr-xr-x /bin/ping".

Is restoring of SUID flags not supported or did I forget some special setting parameters?

I thought according to feature #2032381 from
http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/237489.htm
that SUID and SGID flags are preserved. then I assume that referes only to the old Unix agent instead of the new RALUS?
