How to START a job that's on hold

Hello,

BackupExec 2012 has a wonderful "on hold" feature that prevents jobs from running. What it lacks is a "take job off hold" function that will start a job when you want it to run.

I have a job that's on hold but the "Run Now" option is grayed out. How do I get this job to run? It backs up to a NAS and the NAS is online. There are no active alerts, it's just that the job is on hold and there doesn't appear to be a way to kick it off.

I'm sure I'm doing something very bonehead like here.

Thank you.

Okay, please close ticket. Found a duplicate job that had a status as "Recovered" (whatever that means) but it hadn't run.Once I kicked it off I was able to start the job I needed to.

If anyone could explain to me what "Recovered" as a status means on a backup job, I'd be grateful.

Recovered refers to a job that has failed and then restarted.
