Where do I start troubleshooting this - backups are failing with error: "the I/O bus has been reset"

Hello,


1) Download and install Veritas latest device drivers from our web site.
http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/281696.htm

2) Clean the drive with cleaning tape. Try using different tape (Fresh
tape).
3) Try erasing media
