I have a ton a these error messages (Faulting application benetns.exe)

Faulting application benetns.exe, version 10.1.5629.0, faulting module benetns.exe, version 10.1.5629.0, fault address 0x00002a06.

I get these everyhour on the hours. To the minute every hour. I think it is the Backup Agent. Any idea on fixes. I have all service packs and updates installed.
