Ibm 3581 l28 don't recognized

Hi, i have a windows server 2003 with Be 10d and a Ibm 3581 L28 Library.

BE don't recognize it like a library, but like a stand-alone drive.

I try Be drivers and Ibm drivers but nothing change.

Have you suggestion?

Did you add the loader after BackupExec was installed? Did you specify loader support during installation?

Have you run the latest driver install after adding the loader?

No, the loader are in place before Backup Exec was installing.

The loader support addons is installed.

I have apply the latest driver (Symantec 5.1 05/01/2005) but nothing change..

If the loader was attached at install and if at install time the Loader Support option was selected, and if Windows Device manager sees the loader as a loader, you will probably need to contact Symatec and open an incident
