Import Configuration crashes- Failed to open VCS

Hello, after trying to solve some strange problems with my BE 2010 i have uninstalled the BE.

Now when i try to import the exported configuration it fails with errors Failed to open Microsoft cluster -vcs cluster keys do not appear to be present in the registry.

The problem is that there is no cluster...

So the import stays there..

Please help, i going crazy here.

  Have you taken backup of Data & Catalogs folder before uninstalling BE ?

Yes i have a copy of catalogs and data folder...

P.S my initial problem was that i could not see any windows remote agents from the selection list. Do you happed to know something about that ? (It was not a permission problem)

Three things to check apart from credentials.

1) If remote servers are visible through Windows network.

2) Remote Agent service should be started with Local system account 

3) Port 10000 should not be used by any other application.

Copy database will fix your problem, refer to the below link

Edit: Once you see all the jobs in the BE console, replace the catalogs folder and 

         restart all BE services.

Now the services will not start and in the event log errors like be service detected version mismatch..

Hope you have reinstalled the same version of BE

Yes, i have. although before the uninstall the be was upgraded

how can i put a gta vcs saved game off the internet to my psp. i deleted my old profile but it just starts a new game i don't have the profile on my psp if someone could give me a link to a 100% completed profile that would be great. Thanks
