Import job monitor stats into excel

Because we have a number of servers using backup exec for which we collect stats on a daily basis. I've now been asked to create dashboards using those stats so that we can monitor disk space, backup times etc. Would be easier if i could do it by refreshing a spreadsheet or a database that was linked directly to the backup exec database

Can't do it dynamically, but have you looked at the canned reports?  I believe the "Media Set Report" will give you the info you need
