Incremental Mailboxes ?

Hi,

I'm backing up 220GB of exchange mailboxes using brick level. both full backup and incremental backup is using same capacity. is it possible to backup only the diff since last full backup ? I'm backing-up several exchange servers and it's taking verrrrry looong time. i though incr/diff/synt
should help me with the backup period.

please advice.
