Informational Error Message Since 12.5 Upgrade "The driver detected a controller error on \Device\RaidPort0"

I am recieving the following error message repeatedly "The driver detected a controller error on \Device\RaidPort0" since I performed an upgrade from version Backup Exec 12 to 12.5. Does this have anything to do with the drivers in the newer version?

I am also recieveing windows error logs of "Reset to device, \Device\RaidPort0, was issued.", "The device 'Unknown Medium Changer' (SCSI\Changer&Ven_IBM&Prod_3573-TL\6&1141ce5f&0&000201) disappeared from the system without first being prepared for removal.", & "The driver detected a controller error on \Device\RaidPort0." with event ids 129, 12, & 11 respectivly.

Please ensure that you have the latest drivers install for Backup Exec 12.5.  I have provided the link to the 64bit and the 32bit drivers below.
