This problem start from no where and start from Wednesday night, the BE on my WIN03 decided to move whatever tape I inserted (my SONY AIT-2 tape drive) to be "retired media", with "?" media label.
I have seen a lot of thread regarding to this problem, but no real answer for it.
Can anyone help??
