Installation of SQL2000

I have a server dedicated to run Veritas 10.0d.

I notice that there is a desktop version of SQL installed....

Can I still install SQL 2000 Enterprise for the server to fuction as another database for my other applications?

- Yes there is no problem installing SQL 2000 Enterprise on the same server where backup exec is installed
