Is it possible to trigger job automatically when lite speed backup is finished.?

Hi ,

I m using Lite speed backup for databases backups from database server to Disk.

i m using BE2010 from disk to tape.

I want to make it possible that when Backup completes by litespeed, BE2010 automatically start backuping up from disk to Tapes.

Is there any option in BE2010 to do that kind of scheduling .

You will have to use BECMD to schedule a backup to run immediately when the  Lite-speed job is finished.

When you create backup job you can use pre/ post command.

In your case, you would have to either schedule the command using the Windows schedule or if your lite speed job has a a facility like BE post-command, use it to issue the command.
