Job will not start!

Job is schedueled and look fine, but is not starting(just stays on "ready").
Choose run now - and it just stays on "ready" but nothing happends.
Create new job - same thing.
This happened resently, and has been working just fine before now.
Date and time is OK
Tape drivers OK
Server 2003 patches OK

Tips?

I have exactly the same problem, and I am running on Windows 2000 SP4. I think my problem started when I installed Symantec AV V10.0.1.1000, but I am not sure.

I have still not upgraded this domain to symantec v.10
Runs on the previous v.9.0.3.100

1.Please check if you have any alerts when the job is launched.
2.Verify that you have inserted a tape if you are running the jobs to tape and that the tape drive and the backup server are online.
