LTO Drive Problem

Installed an Overland Storage LTO library on a windows 2000 server with an adaptec 29160 SCSI card. Device manager indicates it is functioning properly. Backup exec v8.6 sees the Overland device but the drive is unidentified. Have run tapeinst.exe.
