Live Update wants to install old Hotfix

Hi,

Running Backup Exec 11d 7170 and have installed all hotfixes as they have been released. Suddenly I am now being prompted to reinstall hotfix 1 as it belives it is not there. If I try to install it fails. Backup Exec shows hotfixes 3,4,5,7,8 installed when I click on about and installed updates. Is there anything I can do so I am not prompted to install hotfix 1?

Try downloading it manually, closing BE and installing it that way.  Worth a shot.
