Lizenzierung VM-Ware Host

mir ist die Lizenzierung noch nicht ganz klar - folgende Ausgangssituation:

Geplante 2 physikalische Server - 2*8 Core CPU - beide über SAS an Storage angebunden

1. Server aktives System, 2. Server für fail-over
VMWare ESX 5.X Essential Plus
4-5 VM's (DC/File/Printserver, SQL-Server, 2*RDS, BDC, APP-Server, "Alter Server")

Welche Lizenzen brauche ich zum sichen/rücksichern jeder einzelner VM, granular Restore (zb. einzelne Objekte aus AD, SQL-Tabellen, ....)
Welche Grundlizenz, welche und wieviele Agents??

You might want to look at getting the V-Ray edition.  It is licenced per VM core.  See this blog
