Hi,
We've have 2 HP Colorado 20gb Internal drives running on a pair of Win 2K Server servers. We're using Backup Exec v8.60.
Just recently, both drives have started hanging when Loading a job. I've tried reinstalling drivers etc and have tried different jobs tapes, none of which have resolved the problem.
It might be related to a recent Windows update.
Any help/suggestions would be gratefully received. . .
