Locate missing hotfix - BE 11d

I am using Backup Exec 11d and am experisencing the problems outlined in http://support.veritas.com/docs/287227, however I cannot find the hotfix that is mentioned in the article.
Is there any way of downloading and installing this hotfix?

You can run the Live update and install the hotfixes available and once you have done that you need to make sure you install the remote agent again so the hotfix is also applied on the remote servers as well .

Also after applying update you need to preform the backup again and then attempt to restore

Go the product main support page at http://www.symantec.com/business/support/overview.jsp?pid=15047

Under "Common topics" select downloads

filter for version and patches

unless the HF you are looking for came out after the last Service Pack (service packs include all previous service) , grab that, other wise grab the HF itself
