Im new to Backup exec, I have just installed a Dell 124t Auto loader, connected to a server which mounts vmware server file/images for backup. My job setups work correctly, daily i set a backup for file level, and saturdays I run Image backups. I cant seem to get the server to rotate the media correctly. It seems to overwrite the same disk every day. I want to set the rotation for monday slot 1, tuesday slot 2, wednesday slot 3 and so on. I want full backups daily. Is there anyone that can give me insight on this? Any help would be appreciated. thank you
