Media set to Don't Allow Overwrite

Hi,

Another problem that I have had recently is media in certain sets, once reaching their threshold, are all being set to 'Infinite - Don't Allow Overwrite', despite an overwrite protection period of 2 weeks and an overwrite protection level of partial.

Within the options menu, Media Overwrite Protection is set to 'Append to media, overwrite if no appendable media is found'.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is as I have to check our Daily media pool on a regular basis and move these tapes into the scratch pool manually to free up tapes.

This issue is purely cosmetic.

This used to be a separate install but it looks like they've incorporated it into SP4.
