We have an external LTO3 drive. It shows up as Tandberg 1 in our device list. When I go to the properties of the drive and select the Media Types tab, it doesn't look right. There is just one line that has *** in it and it is set to No Read No Write. Even if I change it to Yes, the next time I open the properties, it reverts back to No. We're using Backup Exec 11d with SP3 and the latest Veritas tape drivers installed. Any ideas how to fix this so that the LTO media types show up intstead of ***?
