Modify Backup Exec Alert Emails

I am trying to find a way to modify the text that comes across in the alert emails for backup failures.  We would like for an email to be recieved by our ticketing system and have it generate a ticket automatically.  These email submitted tickets must be formatted correctly, so I need to add line of text.

That is not possible with BE it gives you just a standard format eg:

If you run a inventory below mail will be sent

(Server: "0001") (Job: "Inventory Drive 0003") Completed Successfully.

You can't change the text in BE but might be possible with 3rd party softwares.

You can add this as a product improvement suggestion in the "ideas" area  of this site, and if it gets enough "thumbs up" it MAY be included in a future release
