Moving Backup Exec from one Drive to another

Hi, I have a SBS 2003 server running Backup Exec 12.5.  The tape device is attached to this same server.  I would like to move the Backup Exec install from the local C: drive to a local E: drive, as my C: drive is low on disk space.  Can I do this, and how?

You can either move just the \Catalogs dir (normally where most of the BackupExec space is eaten up)   See
