I have read everything I can find on the catalogs and have not seen this addressed directly.
I have a space issue with my catalogs n the C: drive but I have plenty of room on a different drive.
can I just shut down BE, copy the catalog directory to a new drive, and then start BE and change the location in the options, shut down and start up again.
It seems like it should work but I would like someone to tell me that makes sense.
