Multiple email notifications from Backup Exec

Hi,

Recently I upgraded my Backup Exec 2010 to 2012. I notice that whenever the backup job finishes it sends 3 email notification per each server. Is this normal?

Hi

 --> Recipients, select a recipient and go to properties --> limit the number of notification sent --> check enable and made the the notify me 3 times to 1 time.

Have added the snap below for same see if that setting is configured properly

Thanks for your reply. I already set it to 1 but still receiving multiple copies of email notification sometimes 3 & sometimes 2 every time it finishes.

Hi

I think at this stage go to add remove programs and then click on change to repair backup exec and once done restart the server and check if that helps

Also check if this is happening only with one user if not tried add new user recepient and then check if that helps
