Follow the steps given below:
- Ensure that the library appears as compatible in the HCL for Backup exec 10d:

- If yes, install the latest drivers from the link below:

- If the issue still persists, follow the steps below:
An autoloader drive appears incorrectly under standalone drives, and a device reported as "Unknown Drive - Disabled" is displayed under Changers on the Devices tab of the Backup Exec for Windows Servers interface
