Need Help with ADIC Faststor1 and BackupExec

Hi
I have installed Adic Faststor1 On Windows 2003 SBS Server,can see It in Device Manager Like Changer and Tape drive (Tandberg)but In BackupExec See it as stand alone tape drive.I have enabled Robotic Library Support with in installing BackupExec and choosed to install symantec drivers.I have installed SP1 for BackupExec and the latest drivers,still don't see it under Robotoc Library in Devices Tab.
Please Advise

Hi,

Follow the steps given below:

- Ensure that the library appears as compatible in the HCL for Backup exec 10d:

- If yes, install the latest drivers from the link below:

- If the issue still persists, follow the steps below:

An autoloader drive appears incorrectly under standalone drives, and a device reported as "Unknown Drive - Disabled" is displayed under Changers on the Devices tab of the Backup Exec for Windows Servers interface
