Hi everyone,
I'm very new to BackupExec 2012 and even new to this technology. At the moment I'm using BE v12. I have few active backup jobs for linux machines.
I recently faced following issue.
My backup job was running ok till recently and from last week it's giving error premission denied to the server.
I have checked each account associated with job except oracle account every other account has been tested successfully.
Oracle logon account is failing now. Even we do have oracle instance in that machine we never used BE to backup oracle instances it only backups few other locations.
I want to remove this oracle logon account from the job but I couldn't find how to do it.
If I go to manage logon accounts and try to delete oracle logon account it says account is associated with active job.
And offer me to replace account but if I replace account with other accounts job tries to use that account with oracle instance still fails.
Is there any other way to remove logon account from active job? Need some help guys. Here is the screencap
